Memories to Last a Lifetime!

What a wonderful summer! It has gone so fast! Here's a few pictures from the last month of our summer!

Playing at the "fish park" is one of our favorites!  (It is shaped like a fish!)

Being silly with mommy!

Swimming is our new favorite! And, swimming after Popsicles, what could be better??

Deanna rose farmstead! We "ride a horsey!" Also, milk comes from cows. If you mention the word "cow", we will tell you all about it after seeing a cow get milked.

We had several trips to Wichita to visit family. (Great) Aunt Lisa and Malcom cleaned out cousins, Max and Sam's, toys and let us go "shopping"! Thank you! They LOVE it all. The recorders are a hit too- thanks so much for this one....if only mommy would stop hiding them!
Mommy and daddy enjoyed this marble one too- the girls watched a movie to stay away while we made it. :)

Fourth of July fun with family and friends! Thank you to Nanny- for missing all the fireworks to have one-on-one time with scaredy-cat Piper! :)
Notice Lizzie's glow necklace too!

Speaking of MOVIE! We saw "Inside Out" and enjoyed tons of popcorn and snacks!

Poppy and Grandma helped us so much this summer! The girls loved seeing Poppy outside as he painted our house- thanks Poppy! Every time we see a ladder- it's Poppy's! Grandma and Poppy helped us buy and put in a new oven! Grandma knows how to find the deals and Poppy puts them in! Wasn't on the plan, but cookies don't get burnt (as easily) now!

David was gone for two weeks this summer helping our church youth camp in Colorado and at a music conference in Nashville. While daddies around, we play!!! And go to the zoo, and play in great grandma Jane's bathtub (cousins, memories...), and swim....

We sure are happy to have him home!
This was Piper waiting for daddy one day while he was gone....

Now on to school! Everyone in our family starts school tomorrow, August 6th! We are excited, because when we visited the new school, they paint! And, when mommy drives us by (almost daily) to talk about it, we REALLY want to play on the playground. Here we go to another school year!
We hope you had a wonderful summer too! God Bless!
